I did it. I have offically lost some weight. Ten Lbs and I am still losing them. I guess its part of my weight loss that I find amazing. The pants I bought last month are barely holding up cause I have lost a great amount of weight.
I am still planning on losing more weight and I didn't know if it was my excerices or if it was my simple meals of fat free foods. Anyway I am thrilled!
Last night, I had a great night sleep I woke up however at 3:30 because a cramp in my legs but I took some advil and went back to bed. Today I ran on the tredmill for 30 minutes and they took a shower.
I have been doing stomach lunges and they have helped alot. I love my new weightloss. No crappy junk food or foods with fat, just staying trim.
Anyway this weekend is going to be awesome! I am going to the Rice UT game at Reliant. I LOVE IT FOR 4 REASONS.
1) ITS CLOSE BY
2) I don't have to worry about those pesky buggers the campos.
3)I can walk back from the game.
4) I can see my friends without feeling weak and disorinated.
i am excited about that and eventhough Rice doesn't have a chance of winning its still cool to watch especially at Reliant Stadium.
The weather is supposed to be cool so I'll be fine and if I feel sick I can always walk back.
